About Us

Welcome to Viaduct Works, our family-run industrial estate located just outside Ponsanooth, Cornwall. Specializing in light industrial units, we currently offer six units designed to meet various business needs. In response to growing demand, we are excited to expand our site with the construction of thirteen new units. This expansion will significantly enhance our capacity to support more enterprises with state of the art facilities tailored to their specific requirements.

We provide a range of small industrial units from 30ft containers to 1,000 sqft units with plenty of space for tenant and customer parking.
